Use of the venue is governed by clear rules: the site cannot be closed during opening hours for commercial reasons, equipment and decorations must be free-standing without attachment to walls or columns, open flame and pyrotechnics are prohibited, smoking is not allowed, and the maximum attendance is 300 people. Organizers are also required to submit an event schedule and intervention sketch and comply with the instructions of the competent authorities.
